Order Cancellation
Due to the speed and efficiency of our automated ordering system
orders are processed continuously throughout the day and cannot
be cancelled once they are placed.
Returns
Your satisfaction is important to us. However, because of the personal
nature of our products an exchange service is not available. Please
choose carefully before you buy. If a product has a manufacturing
defect, then you should return that product to us for a refund.
Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to
return goods to us.
To return a defective product, you must return the product within
30 days of purchase. Refer Shipping
Information.
You should email our warehouse at shipping@womanzone.org
and notify us of your intention to return the goods.
You should then return the goods, with all packaging,
to our logistic supplier at PO BOX 16061, Christchurch, New Zealand,
with the word "Return" clearly labelled on the outside
of the package.
Please include a brief note detailing the nature of the defect
and the transaction number for your order. The manufacturer will
then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you
will be refunded.
NB: P&H is not refundable for returns. |
