We understand what our customers expect - fast and discreet shipping.

You will receive email notification - one email when your credit card transaction has been approved and another email when your order leaves the warehouse.

Please note that all delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves the warehouse. We usually process orders within 24 hours from time of cleared funds from your bank/credit card provider. In the rare instance that it takes longer than 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process your order, one of our staff will email you with a revised ETA.

Your order will be shipped by Danzas our international logistics support group from their site of operations in New Zealand.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

New Zealand:

NZ Post – Standard Letter Service (NZP-SLS)

Unless you specify otherwise, we ship NZP-SLS to all street addresses in New Zealand. Please allow 3-4 business days for delivery (no proof of delivery or Track & Trace of article available; no compensation available for loss and/or damage).

NZ Post Haste Courier Service (NZPH CS)

We can ship NZPH CS to all street addresses in New Zealand. Please allow 2 business days for delivery (proof of delivery and Track & Trace of article available; compensation available for loss and/or damage, excluding P/H). No delivery to PO Box or Private Bag addresses. Claims must be made within 14 days from delivery.

International:

Australia, Asia, Pacific, Europe, USA, Rest of World

For all orders shipped to addresses outside of New Zealand and Australia, NZ Post - International Air (with Track & Trace) is our recommended shipping method.

We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any confiscations by customs. Any and all duties, taxes and tariffs levied are the responsibility of the customer; we will not bill you for these charges.

NZ Post – International Air (NZP-IA)

Unless you specify otherwise, we ship NZP-IA to all international addresses. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery to Australia. Please allow 4-12 business days for delivery to all other international destinations (no proof of delivery or Track & Trace of article available; no compensation available for loss and/or damage).

Track and Trace addition to NZP-IA

For an additional fee a Track and Trace can be requested by the customer/purchaser - refer shipping and handling charges.

NZ Post – International Express (NZP-IE)

We can ship NZP-IE to all International addresses. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery to Australia. Please allow 3-6 business days for delivery to all other international destinations (proof of delivery and Track & Trace of article available; compensation available for loss and/or damage, excluding P/H). Claims must be made within 30 days from delivery.

Each package can hold 1 or 2 cards. 1 card holds 2 or 5 sachets.

Orders containing more than 2 cards but weighing less than 500g, will be shipped by NZP-IE
